DEFINITIONS

Tax Terms. As used in this Will, estate tax terminology, including without limitation “annual exclusion,” “exemption equivalent,” “gross estate,” “marital deduction,” “net taxable estate,” “taxable estate,” “unified credit,” and any other word or words which, from their context, refer to the Internal Revenue Code, shall have the same meaning as such words have for the purposes of applying the Internal Revenue Code to my estate. Construction and application of such terms shall be in the sole discretion of my Executor consistent with the conservation of my estate and minimization of estate and/or income taxes.

Revocable Living Trust.
